RIHCA Quality AwardAnnually, The Rhode Island Health Care Association's Quality Improvement (QI) Committee is thrilled to release the criteria for their annual Quality Award Program. This past September, the committee was please to announce that South Kingstown Nursing and Rehab Center was the recipient of the 11th Annual RIHCA Quality Improvement Award. Quality Improvement is a critical piece of your day-to-day operation and with a true commitment to this process, positive outcomes are achieved and sustained. This award will be given to the facility that can demonstrate their commitment to quality improvement and its ability to provide at least one (1) solid example of improved resident and/or staff outcomes due to success with a performance improvement project (utilizing their QI process).
